An innovative solution is required to efficiently and quickly pick and sort the daily orders of e-commerce company Outfittery. On behalf of the full-service provider weLOG GmbH in Wetzlar, the project was successfully implemented for Outfittery to ensure maximum utilization of the warehouse space and significantly increased efficiency in order processing.

Today, between 30,000 and 50,000 items are sorted intuitively and error-free every day using the put wall solution from CAPTRON Solutions.

This consists of 10 segments, each 6 meters wide, and comprises 5 levels supported by a state-of-the-art racking system.
Of particular note is the integration of our proven pick-by-light and put-to-light hardware, which significantly simplifies and speeds up the entire picking and sorting process. Thanks to the seamless integration of the oneGRID Pick-by-Light application, operation is even more intuitive and efficient.
Another decisive advantage is the connection to Ecovium's Warehouse Management System (WMS). This interface ensures smooth communication and data transfer between the systems, maximizing the overall efficiency of logistics processes.

Despite minimal testing time and a very short start-up phase, we managed to get the system up and running smoothly and efficiently.
